Send an EnquiryWho is Pro-Covery for?
Bodybuilding athletes across every division — bikini, wellness, figure, men’s physique and classic — and serious recreational lifters who train hard enough that recovery and presentation matter. You do not need to be on stage to work with Pro-Covery.
Do I need to compete to book?
No. Plenty of athletes book because they train seriously and want bodywork from someone who understands training load. Competing simply adds a further layer: posing, peak week and the details around a show.
Do you work with first-time competitors?
Yes. Sessions are built around your current level, and first-time competitors are a large part of the practice. Everything is explained as you go — mandatory poses, transitions and what to expect on the day.
What should I wear to a posing session?
Competition suit and heels if you have them, since posing changes noticeably in stage kit. If you do not have them yet, bring tight-fitting training clothing so your lines are visible.
Can posing sessions be done online?
Yes. Posing is available online in 30 or 60 minute sessions, and in person in 60 minute sessions. Online works well for continuous refinement between in-person work.
What is the difference between myofascial treatment and cupping?
Myofascial treatment is hands-on work with the fascia and surrounding soft tissues, applying pressure into the tissue. Recovery cupping works the other way around: the cups lift and decompress the tissue rather than compressing it. They are often combined.
What is maderotherapy?
A more intensive massage technique using shaped wooden tools to work through the tissue, support circulation and release tension. It is firmer than cupping, and the intensity is adjusted to you.
Can treatments be combined?
Yes. Manual therapy, cupping and maderotherapy are regularly combined within one session where appropriate, based on what your body needs on the day.
Can you work around my coach’s plan?
Yes — and that is the intention. Treatments during prep and peak week are adapted to your competition schedule and your coach’s plan. Pro-Covery supports the plan you are already on rather than replacing it.
When should I book peak week?
As early as you know your competition date. Peak week slots are tied to the show calendar and are limited, so they tend to fill well in advance of the season.
Do you work with teams?
Yes. Peak week treatments and Team Recovery Sessions are available for teams as well as individual athletes, and can be arranged around a show. International availability depends on location and travel — get in touch with your dates.
Where do in-person sessions take place?
Treatments are at Cornelis Schuytstraat 57, 1071 JG Amsterdam. In-person posing takes place at Xenonstraat 77, 1362 GG Almere. For competitions, treatments happen at the venue itself, so the location follows the show. Posing and Core Control are also available online wherever you are based.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or no-shows inside that window are charged in full. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to offer that spot to someone else.
What should I do before a treatment?
Nothing special. If you happen to have a lot of body hair, shaving beforehand makes the work easier.

Send a message. A short conversation usually settles whether a treatment is right for you, and when in your prep it should sit.
