For coaches & teams

You lead the prep. I support the body.

Peak week treatments and Team Recovery Sessions designed to complement your athletes’ preparation — from individual treatments to full team support.

International availability depending on location and travel.

What that looks like.

  • 01

    Peak Week Treatments

Per athlete, in the final days before the show.

  • 02

    Team Recovery Sessions

A full squad worked through around a competition schedule.

  • 03

    On-site at the venue

Treatments delivered where the show is, backstage or at the hotel.

For competitions, treatments take place at the venue — so the location follows the show.

What coaches ask.

Does this interfere with my plan?
No. Pro-Covery does not write training or nutrition and does not advise your athletes on their prep. Treatments are adapted around the schedule and the instructions you give.
Can you work at the show itself?
Yes. Treatments can be delivered at the venue or the team hotel in the final days, which is when they matter most. International availability depends on location and travel.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as the show is in the diary. Peak week dates follow the competition calendar and there are only so many days in a week, so team slots go early.

In their words

Athletes she has prepared.

  • As a professional bodybuilder, the final week leading into a competition is everything — and Sylvana’s lymphatic drainage massage was instrumental for bringing my best physique to the stage. Her skill and attention made a real difference in how tight and stage-ready I looked on competition day.
